MERLIN is a vacuum tube preamplifier operating as a dual-mono type. The supply voltages are stabilized for each channel. Switching of the input signal sources (phono, tuner, 2xaux) is done by reedrelay, directly at the goldplated input cinch connectors. Only selected longlife vacuum tubes are used. The peamplifier is enclosed by a solid wood case with a black piano-finish. Operating knobs are chromed.
Merlin is also available with a vacuum tube regulated external power supply (TPS).
